that last clock was a photo i took of a clock in the store, waiting for the right time to show the wife :)

my that is a fine piece !
i'm beginning to find clocks more fascinating than watches, especially the mechanical automatons... the only problem is space!

Imagine dedicating a wall in your house to clocks!

A regular steel case back...
How to tell if it's a rep? :D

haha no i'm not thinking that way at all.... was suspecting and expecting a nicely done caseback, and I'm not disappointed at all. That's a gorgeous caseback to match the front, JLC at its finest!

I wish to own one of those grand father clocks but issue is weight.
those germany black forest ones are interesting but i heard no one really repair them when they broke down.

all clocks I own are quartz anyway, I have too many clocks at home. 4 wall clocks so far.. maybe adding a 5th.

lets see those pics!

my dad had one of those blackforest cuckoo clocks and grandfather clock, not sure what happened to them when we moved houses.

I still can't get beyond 1 wall clock (blame the wife!) so I've kind of rechannelled my attention to

the best clock shop i've visited is in park mall second level ... really nice vintage and mechanicals.

one of my friend's dad did just that. and not just one wall - every single wall in his living room was filled with mechanical clocks of all shapes and sizes. when they downsized to a smaller apartment he had to sell 75% of them, damn sad...

Took me a while n ended up having minor scratches on the lugs. But worth it. Rubber b is v comfy!!

And looks sporty with the new model that has a blue line on the strap.
