You can of course wear any watch to a meeting. There's no law against it.
But a 47mm one with a busy dial that's sticking out of your shirt cuff may draw unnecessary negative attention to yourself.
Generally, in a situation that long sleeves are required, the accompanying watch should be discreet, hidden under the sleeves, and when seen does not scream for attention.
I would argue that FC watches, although nicely designed, are a little too big in size to be traditionally considered "appropriate". But they're much better than your current watch.
