Anyone been to the Dickson watch sale at Knightsbridge? Saw the ad in today paprs, up to 80% off on major brands they said

Anybody know which shop that i can patronise to buy used president gold Rolex watch with diamonds at a cheaper price? Are the shops at bugis area reliable? I have budget of abt 20-30k. Anyone collecting Rolex gold watches too?? ;)
