Seems the upcoming price increase is causing an increase of sales in SGROC.

A few Submariners , GMTs are on offer... more surprising are easily OOS models like the hulk , batman , sub date etc.

Anyway looking forward to basel world 2015 :s12:

Zelos featured on uncrate. Nice!

Zelos Abyss Bronze Dive Watch | Uncrate

PS for those on WUS, do visit the dive watch forum and Elshan's Zelos Abyss post in particular... there's a *cough* giveaway *cough* going on.

opened that link and saw this:

Monster Tuna mated to an Alligator Strap and Deployment Clasp ...

Interesting thing is that the original Tag Heuer accessories cost twice the cost of the Stainless Steel Monster Tuna 2015!!!

450 vs 900.
But the overall aesthetics have been enhanced at least 3 times.
What a way to wear Seikos ... :)

A Distant Friend who doesn't Look Cheaper at all ...

With the Tag Heuer Alligator and Deployment mated, the Monster Tuna 2015 (steel version) looks almost as expensive as my PAM 321.

This is watch collecting at another level of extravagance - how to make a seemingly "cheap" watch look much more expensive and luxurious :)

But OUCH - it's way too expensive a way to collect watches ....

i think this time no choice, swatch group share price dropped 16% in one day, so extreme short term action required to shore up numbers - even forecast numbers - to keep the finances intact for now (think bank loans, bonds restructuring/recalls)

long term i think this is going to hit the swiss industry very hard and its going to be a very rough year or two ahead before the full impact is assimilated into the business.

Wah sounds bad. I'm glad Im not on the fence of buying any timepiece or else sure stressed up and pressured to decide fast...probably what those who quickly bought over the last weekend experienced. Coincidentally saw a new Rolex on my boss' wrist this week....hmmm.:s13:

Nice seiko, is it the 637? there's an insane craze going on for 639 ( Yellow fin tuna) taking over the seiko club! :s22:
