I wouldn't think of it as question of worth to get or not but rather whether you want to or not.

There's really not much of a difference in terms of the using the clasp or the standard tang buckle to me personally. It wears the same as a tang buckle.

You have to take note that due to the dimensions of the clasp, you cannot interchange your straps between the clasp and tang buckle. So straps meant to be used with the tang buckle cannot be used with a clasp and typically vice versa as well.

sorry i don't know of any Zenith Dealers, but I will provide moral support and give you 3 reasons to push you on your quest.

1. el primero - proven high accuracy mechanical movement
2. zenith's history of providing wartime aviation watches
3. innovation: zenith's big date design

i prefer the shark mesh version for added versatility, and its easier and cheaper to find an aftermarket (albeit 21mm) leather strap.

For Pam at least. With my limited knowledge, I've not seen or found any deployant clasp that is bigger than 22mm so far.

So 44mm Pams will have to taper straps from 24mm to 22mm. In addition, the end of the strap will have to be much thinner to fit into the clasp.

4mm above cannot fit. i think the strap must be as thin as the OEM straps

Agree it is a good brand. But do have some reservations on it.

If u r a flipper, then it is not suitable since the resale market demand is pretty low. Maintenance cost wise, i feel it will also be higher due to the higher frequency of the movement. Higher frequency will mean more wear and tear and thus more frequent servicing.

I think probably bro who have quite a few watches already will go for zenith. For first timer, i think it may not be that attractive partly due to the lower brand recognition by non watch enthusiast.

What are the few cheapest in house movement dive watch out there? Got aws liao. Gonna hoot a watch.

Assuming a typical definition of cheap, in-house don't come cheap unless it's something like Seiko. Why not get the micro branda sporting an eta movement? Oris is known for their dive watches. Almost wanted to get one. Seiko Tuna, Marine master, monster etc look like good choices to me.
