The box is quite big, one of the biggest I have currently

Unveil the Speedmaster Apollo 11 45 Anniversary

What capture me is the color combi. And the details in the dials

Compulsory wrist shot while trying it

Just received a spring bar tool with a smaller fork than the Bergeon one I was using so finally I can remove springbars from metal bracelets more easily!

Realized that my po looks better on a leather strap than on its original bracelet!

My 5 year old Seagull. My first automatic watch. The date has gone kinda cranky but the time runs fine.

Great question given that a decorated skeleton movement costs a lot more to produce.

I don't have an answer for you, but if you can stretch your budget the Orient Star skeleton gives a lot of value for its quality and finishing.

you also get a power reserve indicator and a very nice rear view:

I am actually helping a friend ask. She meant to buy it as a gift. This was under my list initially. But end up the retail price is around 1.9k and that is after discount (according to skywatches) :( Any idea where else can buy it at a cheaper price? I also feel that this is a worthy buy!

Seagull.. can buy 3 under $1K.

Thanks for your input! I will let my fren know but I dun tink she will give her bf a watch that is MiC. I know seagull is an established watch brand but they dun surf watch forum to appreciate such bang for bucks brands so other brands like seiko and citizen I also don't bother intro-ing them. :o
