1st time- remove large dust particle in movement , scared it might enter movement, watch came back with a dial flaw , possibly the paint coating of the dial came off .

2nd time- dial replaced, watch came back with a dirty dial. Dust particles found in dial without the use of a loupe.

3rd timee- dust removed but new particles appear in other areas of the dial. Scratch in hour hands.

4th time- sended watch to Omega Bienne via Swatch Spore. Hands were replaced, but 12 oclock index was scratched :s13:

i give up liao...i already prepared my email and letter. Want to send back to Bienne again next week if possible. If no solution to this, i will sell this watch and blacklist Omega and other swatch brands.:s13:

Jialat...really buy 1 get 1 free. Send in 1 defect get back1 defect free. Probably why people such as pwillie send in watch only when it needs fixing. Perhaps should view servicing like going for an operation. No one wants to be operated on unless there is a problem as every operation carries risk.

Yours is a case of lighting striking 4 times! Horrible. The scratch on 12 is not minor in my opinion, not for somethinh inside the watch case.

Ic , u won't service unless it breaks down? how 3rd party source for vintage parts then if need replacements

Wad will you do in my shoes ?

Just ignore the scratch and wear with pride ? Or resolve it until u r sastisfied with it?

I've sent only one of my watch (Sinn) for service once cos the crown came loose. Didn't service my other watches (oldest is a Rolex - last serviced 1990s by my parents).

You bought the watch... It's your call as it's definitely not cheap!
