wanted to!
but I calculated and I would be saving less than $200 after the tax(anything shipped into singapore above $400 must pay the 7% GST)
and massdrop ships kinda slow(other items i got took nearly a month to reach)

Also since AllWatches had a promotion I got it from them.
my first automatic purchase since falling in love with movement.

As long as you like it, it's fine!

However, IMO, I would get a Sumo for less and keep the rest of the cash for other things.

i considered seiko at first but i wanted to go swiss.

never handled them b4 but looking through the show case, can see that their designs are really nice.

yea was sceptical at first but did more research on their brand.

I actually prefer Hulbot over AP more because my wrist is pretty small & I find the APs too big for me. The simple big bangs are nice compared to the other designs which can get a bit too loud for me.

Bought a couple of pieces over the years but now off-loading them as eyeing a holy grail ....

Even the ROs? Not ROO?

I used to like ROO because it was big and all, but now I prefer RO and not ROO because it's much more elegant and less "tacky" with all the celebrities link up.

Yup H30 Caliber with 80hr PR, but at a lower accuracy apparently
Strap is bundled, not sure if sold separately... at least not at Mustafa
I like this particular Nato strap... quality is good, while the leather racing strap is sucky.

Today some of my camp mates see my watch say seiko is Sehkor (moldy), is uncle brand. Told me shld follow the trend and go for their overpriced Daniel Wellington watch..

It's difficult to find people around my age to appreciate watch movement..

Haha should be around your age la maybe older by a year or two since I ORDed just 6 months ago.

If they make fun of your watch again show them pictures of Christopher Ward C5 Malvern Slimline.

Show them the history of NATO watches.

Show them Quartz vs Automatics.

Then finally show them a Grand Seiko. That should do the trick

I managed to convince a few friends to try Automatic watches and most of them are happy with their purchase.
