Just got my ro converted to strap :D

Was this easy to do? Where did you go to do it?
Have the same watch as you and thinking of leather strap option as well

I have a noob question for AP. Can you change the steel bezel to rubber and rubber to steel?

Yeah, IMO not much of a diff, but having a in-house movement will be great if no additional costs.

But the ETA is damn reliable also, although I'm confident of Tudor's movement as well.

But the Tudor movement got 70 hours PR which is a huge plus IMO.

I have the Black Bay which at the moment no plans for new movement.
After having some deep thoughts and reading what some of the WUS guys have to say, 1st Gen seems to be a better pick IMHO based on this few factors that I have considered

1) The current ETA has proven itself
2) I can service any where with that ETA movement good in the ong run
3) RSC is not going to rip me off on servicing because of its "in house movement"
4) The 1st Gen has cleaner dial
