My parents' favorite place. Just because the environment is old school, they think it's value for money, and hence feel better about eating here, haha...

I hardly eat anything here though, but I'm sure the food's good.
Yeah alot of times its to please the kids and parents rather than ourselves. Haha being a father makes me learn a lot of new things about myself this 2 years.

Sent from why like that using GAGT

went last week to jlc boutique to try out several reversos

shortlisted these 2

1) reverso classique

2) reverso grand tallie

A qn about rectangular watches,

i tried on the grand tallie, due to the design of the case, the lugs seem to stick out of the wrist especially when i bend my wrist. Would this be considered too big?

i also tried on the reverso classique. This model is considerably cheaper with a lack of seconds hand and its alot smaller. Lugs dont hang out like the grand tallie

My qn is for rectangular watches , am i better off buying a smaller model or a bigger model with lugs slightly handing out at certain positions?

I am too used to medium/large sized watches, the smaller reverso classique seems to look small but in front of a full mirror, it looks ok.

Both are good choices. Will look good on you. Don't mind my old toilet shot! :D

Anybody here with Emperor Tuna? Started liking only recently but cant justify paying so much for a Seiko though. It sure looks badass.

is that the reverso ulta thin..?

looks darn good in formal wear, but i rarely am in formal wear, often in casual tshirt/polot attire :D

Yes, Grande Reverso Ultra Thin ref. 2788520

Just to note, I had told someone the other time - casual is good too. I would say the bare minimum look is a polo, with bermuda / chinos and nice loafers.

If you're going for that out of bed look with t-shirts, shorts and flip flops....fashion police will call your blood sir

In theory, we should be comfortable to wear our watches in any way we desire, but sometimes...the image world is less forgiving :D
