The PAM 270 does not come in that leather strap.

Plus there's no x/xxxx on the case back.I just did a 5 second search on the case back and here's an authentic one with the serial censored.

Imo... it's great that people here are able to share with fellow watch lovers how to ID fake watches and avoid getting cheated.

Not if the intention is to "show it off" like Mr BMW and his fake AP.

It is a insult to genuine owners of the brand.

Imo, you can cheat everyone, but you cannot cheat yourself. My watch craze started with replicas, eventually I got into gens as I couldn't bring myself to wearing replicas.

IMHO, the greatest insult wearing a replica, with the intention to pass it off as the real thing, is to oneself.

Some people get a perverse kick out of being able to 'carry off' a replica, even though they can well afford or even own the real thing.

My feel is, why buy replicas when you can spend that money on decent watches. I.e seiko , orient , longines, sinn etc.

Curb the itch of buying first and then work hard for your desired piece.
