Yes, it's slightly cheaper, but only slightly because you have to factor in GST, and your CC's exchange rates when you calculate from the website.

In the end, it might be better to pay S$50 more just for the convenience and peace of mind of buying from Gnomon.

I would wanna try the watch before hooting, esp for a 1K item :o

1k altho not say alot, but also money. Must make sure no buyer's remorse.

OT500 looks really nice.
Does titanium scratches n leaves more obvious marks as compared to brushed stainless steel?

Someone @ WUS asked steinhart and it turns out to be high grade titanium (grade 5). So it's more scratch resistant than normal ones. Maybe its on par or even better than pelagos ( I dunno what grade is the pelagos).

You can take a look at this article from ablogtowatch, talks about the general properties of titanium.

TL:DR Titanium scratches more easily than stainless steel but this can be mitigated with a good coating material.

Might also need to factor in luxury goods tax as well if kena

For Seiko mods, I have the options of buying from Yobokies or Dagaz watches. Would you recommend one over the other? Or their mods are of the same quality?
