I wouldn't recommend chronographs from Steinhart.
have purchased 2 chronographs from them, and both had some problems with the reset function. it wouldn't reset nicely to 12 o clock mark :(

I recommend Longines over Hammy.

Didn't like the original brown strap that came along so I went to change both straps. Now they're ready to wear!

Agree. The use of soprod A-10 for OT500 is extremely well received

getting funding to improve certain area of a business from German government is not difficult. Just a matter of how, what and how much

ETA not selling to them forcing them to stop.
They switch to using sellita long b4 they start using soprod
Soprod may not producing supply, stowa for some reason stop selling watches in soprod recently

St.5 done back in 2013?

其实，如果Steinhart粉丝有特登去注意早期表款规格的话，不难发现早期Ocean1有用Sellitas SW200机芯。至于点解会过佐一段时间之后就转为ETA2824, 我估计同机芯稳定性有关。第一代SW200某个部件容易损坏，依件事吴师傅曾经有同我分享过。。。直到今日佢对Sellitas的稳定性正面信心依然有小小保留。。。

I got the 38mm one, considered quite hefty and substantial, relatively heavy but still alright.

Always used to 40mm to 42mm diver, a drop back to 38mm seems weird to my eyes initially. Thickness should be around 13mm, which is really tall and bulky for a 38mm watch. 42mm one should looks nicer as the bracelet tapers nicely and the dial is more proportional. The crown looks too large for the watch too, more suitable for 42mm.

The watch's style is more dressy due to abundance of polished surfaces(eg center links and top part of the watch). Ceramic looks good and bezel turns are tight but precise with a nice click.

Okays Wah 38 mm already 13 mm thick.. Looks half dressy half sporty IMO
