I hope you didn't pay a lot for that, because the movement looks highly suspect.

The date window looks off as well, a little far right than it should be.

The blue hands look brighter than the dark shade that I remember. Then again it could be the lighting.

Hi guys sorry for being random but quick qn. My vintage omega sea master manual wind only moves when I give it a shake after winding it. Any one knows what's happening ? I'm thinking of bringing it for a servicing. Price wise what should I be expecting ? Thanks in advance.

erm i would get the sumo unless i designate that the skx is meant to be a beater

i will wear it daily haha as my daily watch.. so i shall consider between the sumo and the skx now.. will drop by any shops to try out first

AP chrono movements aren't hard to differentiate. They're modular and pretty much similar in nature.

Not really true la.. I think the knowledgeable ones are just trying to be helpful to point out in case the owner got cheated. And i have yet to come across an instance where the owner rebutted or refuted.

Somehow it's always the ROOs. Lol

Well.. Agree that's a fact of life, in watches or otherwise, and certainly a perception that PP and Lange would want to reinforce and perpetuate.

One key reason being mont blanc doing too many other things to be taken seriously for their watches. It's like macdonald may well launch an excellent wanton mee but no one will take it seriously much less rate it anywhere near the venerable old timers.
