I hope u have already reached out to omega boutique.

FWIW, slight complication might arise because of nature of product (serial number-ed watch, warranty stamped), so cannot simply one-for-one exchange, but I may be wrong.

I suspect that the solution likely to be offered by AD (assuming they acknowledge and accept as a flaw) would be helping you bring to service centre and change the hand. that would definitely take a few weeks at the earliest.. And also if that's the case, pray that you don't have the luck (or sharp eye power) like Spartan! :D

they took back the watch, extra links, warranty card and chronometer certificate, they say they will get a new one for me

Seeing that this forum loves the Oris diver, came across this on watch lounge.
The new two tone grey and light blue dial:

Yay or Nay?

Whoa I love that new color combination of their dial. Definitely yay.

how do i check the lume when I'm in the boutique?its when in the dark the stain is obvious,so are u telling me,i shld ask the omega boutique to off all of their lights so i can inspect the lume carefully,if there is nothing wrong then i can walk out happily with it.u went to buy watch, will u ever think that the lume has problem?no right,no one will ever think that.
Bro I think the other posters are just telling you what is likely to happen. You should definitely go back and try to sort this out with the AD. Don't try don't know.

Edit: looks like you've already got a solution. Good luck!

Yah lor.. mine too. The hour hand seems to move 12x slower than that of the minute hand.. and 720x slower than the longest hand.. >_<

*cue crows on screen*

On a serious note, if it's common movement by Seiko, ETA.. can always try K2 Mr Goh at Tanjong Katong Complex?

Joke aside, you do raise a valid point. How do you tell that the hour hand is slower? The only way I can tell the hour hand is wrong/slow is if it doesn't point to the hour marker at the right position every hour.

To anyone who wants to order OT500. Should make use of the weak euro now. Gunter himself might throw in freebies too.

I think the titanium bracelet might still be OOS, so if you order an OT500 with titanium bracelet, they should send you one with the rubber strap, and mail you the titanium bracelet separately :s13::s13:

I think this is what happened to greatpoke and me.
