Hi everyone,

Finally got my dream watch. My grail. My lust watch.

Settled for a Calatrava in yellow gold. Share a wrist shot. Probably do a review of it later in few weeks.

A watch worthy of a dai kor dai indeed.. AFAIK only the 2nd PP purchase seen this year on this thread.

Congrats!

so clean and neat dial! What's the damage?

the retail is about SGD25,300. Before the recent price correction I think it was about 27,+++

i had done a thorough research between this and the 5120 that uses an automatic (nice micro rotor) movement, and decided on this one eventually.

Lastly i would like to thank my watch group brothers who gave me advice on various models before i chose this (they are a shy bunch, so I won't name them) :)

Cheaper than the boutique right? Don't mind if I ask how much is yours? Considering to buy a GS for my next watch.

Sent from HTC Butterfly 2 using GAGT

That time it wasn't available in SG boutique
I think around usd5300 iirc

The first one has no date (Calibre 110).
The Propilot uses the version with date (Calibre 111).

Yea, according to the reviews the 111 is an improved movement over the 110 and they added date function, which is a major plus for me.

Thanks for the reply. Bros who own this piece, is it sold at those neighbourhood shopping center watch shop?

Need to try it out and see if it suits my hand or not. And buying locally or is there any website that i can purchase it online?

You can find it at some of the citichain shops ( ion basement) or the seiko boutiques at JEM/VIVO.

If you want cheaper pricing, go K2 watches or carousell got pple selling this piece nicknamed scallop :D

50mm diameter no joke man:D

Seiya japan is definitely cheaper..

Seiko boutique mark up is very high...
easily 1.5-2K more than ordering from japan
Not much discount either :(
