This is new. Very slim. Mechanical hand wound. Transparent back. Full rose gold. 39mm. Alligator leather with pin buckle. I thought it was very reasonably priced at SGD8,700

It's the very 1st seeker GMT back in 2012, later the cyclops is remove in 2013 iirc.

The model number WZ0031DJ can be found on eBay for usd$700++, just search orient star gmt

Tks bro! No wonder the previous version I found on the net looks very similar, but without the circular cyclops.

Where can I see the biggest collection of Orient/ Orient Stars in SG?

I saw them in BKK paragon but didn't have time to slow down and appreciate them. :(

You can check out Orient watches at Big Time, Mustafa and at a ground floor shop at Tanjong Katong Complex (K2 is in this building too).

I have a small wrist, it's fine to wear watches with small face right?
Or does it look feminine?

Not too long ago, 36mm was considered a big watch. It's the recent explosion in the big watch craze that raised the bar in terms of watch size.

A huge watch overlapping your wrist bones looks inappropriate.

A watch that sits nicely looks classic.

Personally, 36mm would be the smallest I'd go. But it really depends on your physique.

I have my eye on something 36mm myself. If it suits you and you like it, go for it.

I'm not a watch guru, i don't know if its 36mm or not.

I have this cheap watch that i really like, but the strap is worn out.
Just wondering if i should buy a strap for it, or just invest in a bigger watch.

Well, since you like the watch, why not just buy a NATO strap? They're pretty cheap.

And if after spending the $10-12 on the NATO, you still feel like buying a bigger watch, that's totally plausible too.
