It was a slow 5 years...i remember back then me and my wife were deciding if we wan to take a loan.
1) don't take loan and slowly buy other house stuffs and do a normal Reno

2) take the loan and do a home we love from the start with everything in. No need to worry anymore.

Took route 2 and never looked back

Gonna follow this Kor kor. Haha
Appliances can slowly buy.
Reno and furniture impt.

Yeah. Quite standard no? 30k over 5 years.

Now I imagine buy a 20k watch and do a 24 or 36 months.

2014 for me. A classic model should stay with a classic look.

Then my vote goes to the Seiko watch.
You can also change to nato strap for a more casual look when in jeans.

If u see what other people recommend, its always sliver case and there's a reason for it. The Seiko is a very versatile watch. I just feel that the black is too casual, together with the big numbers, doesn't really match a shirt and pants attire well.

Maybe get it as a 2nd watch where u wear on dress down days or shorts. Can't go wrong with either if attire isn't a consideration.

on a side note, i wish seiko would release the cushion case brightz models..

used model price is absurd
