Will be travelling to Japan, Tokyo next year and hopefully able to catch sakura blossom. Is also exploring to get an automatic watch on my trip.
Any recommendation from fellow HWZers?

Is Tokyo a good place to get Rolex? Maybe Kuala Lumpur is better with the recent ringgit depreciation?

hi fellow watch lovers, does anyone know if rolex service centers do sapphire crystal polishing for free if ur watch is still in warranty period?

got a scratch while moving house last night. lol

Think your only hope is to use diamond paste if the scratch is not too deep.

Next year? Do b4 price adjustment. Malaysia better do soon but I read some places hard to find popular models. You not the only person taking advantage of the exchange rate

Sapphire crystal can polish one ah? Didn't know that.. thought only acrylic can polish off and sapphire scratch means GG and gota change whole crystal.

Must be some heck of an item you were moving cos sapphire really not easy to scratch one.

Think your only hope is to use diamond paste if the scratch is not too deep.

thanks guys, i realize is the AR coating that was busted. sapphire crystal no issue, gonna order some diamond paste and DIY

If your Rolex is the Submariner then don't bother as the ar coating is internal. Diamond paste is very difficult to use.you will also need to remove the bezel to avoid scratching it. Not advisable to try on expensive watch.
