just came back from Gnomon. the OT500 bracelet prices difference from the rubber strap will be a maximum $20 .... stock in mid-end Nov

I don't see much interest in this watch over here.
why? is it a not so worthy watch for its price?

Got such thing one? :D Then how about Indian? Breitling and Cartier?

Mayb true to a certain extent. Rolex everyone like, but not tudor. For malay mayb not many are that much into watches, so for them they will go for "branded" ones. I can bet u that if u tell them abt the best bang for the buck microbrand, many will b more willing to pay for a fashion brand watch instead even though the price is the same.

OMG bro! I was contemplating on that piece too! it was the lange 1 or the Souverain. '07 Platinum Journe at a very good price. But what tip me over to the lange 1 was the servicing. I don't know where to service a Journe.
Haha! What are the chances..

Servicing a Journe here will indeed be tricky. It'll definitely involve the owner shipping it.

But it's just so nice. I'm drawn to it more than the Lange 1. Especially when that piece we're eyeing represents so much value (relatively). Platinum case, solid gold movement.

I'm torn.
