As far as I know there is NO way to really tell.
even for the 38mm ones, there are at least 3 different sources.
At the price it is going at - i can guarantee you that it is really made in China with a Chinese movement LOL.

Thanks for sharing! This is very intriguing. Thinking of selling a pair of watches I bought in impulse last year to fund this. Heh.

What's a reasonable price and most likely to not be fake place though?

i have the 1963 segaull chrono. never tested accuracy but was good while it lasted. dropped it once and it stopped working, didn't have time to revive it yet.

mine is the 42mm version, which i prefer compared to the classic 38mm size.

care to share why you prefer the 42 over the 38?
mine was the 42 as well simply because I love the transparent caseback.

with the sale now i'm considering getting one again

Could anyone direct me to a shop or online that sells mid to higher end after-market straps? I am handing my missus my watch so the current straps are too big for her. She is not that keen on nato straps, more towards croc skin or plain leather.
