Either save up for it or a Daytona SS black.

But if I buy Daytona, have a feeling will still want the AP.

At least you managed to get a piece...did you have to be put on wait list or anything?

I popped by the store at Ion a couple of weeks back, and the AD didn't look interested to entertain me when i asked for the black dial version...he just replied, "Out of Stock."

Was going to tell u go Bkk boutique to buy, but then I bought it last week so dunno got re-stock? But they have the blue reverse though

Last i checked, AP 26320 is about SGD34,000

the stainless steel Daytona should be about SGD16,000

I suggest you try them both on and make a decision. Their finishes are quite different.

Both are good choices nonetheless, you could get the Rolex now...sell it off couple of years later then get the AP. Good luck

Off topic, but reminds me of the Porsche showroom. I popped in, the sales personnel scanned my wife and I from head to toe not once but THRICE.

I smiled at them, they nodded while looking at my wife's shoes and my watch; sat there (all four of them) before deciding it wasn't worth the effort to get up and talk to us.

They could really learn a lot from Lexus. Last time just went there to have a look, the sales manager really never judge, give a ten minute tour of the IS, explain all the strong/weak points of it.

When I said no licence, then he said no problem, have the "drive it your way". They park the car at your house for a day, then you use it how you would your daily ride/drive it on the roads in your area.

And did I say that their pricing structure is very straightforward? No wonder so many people who like nice cars, but not the hassle, end up going for them.

I think the retail price for this is $2.6K so $1.9k is like a 27% discount?!

Only thing is the blue face won't be available in Singapore, only the black one.
