Boils down to individual valuation of the "heritage" of a moonwatch marketing cry versus the technical finese of a ceramic case..

I'll take the latter.

Then again, if can top up a bit more, I'll take the SubC which is not even a chrono. Throwing all I said in the previous sentence out of the window.

Strange hobby of us eh?

I think the great part of the hobby is everyone looks out for different reasons to love a watch.

For me I like blackshield for its bold looks but the movement though reliable, in my eyes is over priced

For the omega I do like the heritage but the looks dun really stand out to me. In fact I like the recent snoopy more haha.

Anyway they are watches which I won't mind owning but no strong desire to get them yet as it will derail me from my Grails!

Met up with Elsan the yandao in order to check out the 3 new Zelos Chroma 2. So sharing some photos that I took. He also showed me some stuff that he's working on that look fantastic, but I won't spoil them here.

One of the highlight: The Zelos Chroma in Damascus Steel. You can clearly see the two different hues in the cases but imo the Chroma case isn't the best case to show off the hues.

This is the forged carbon Zelos Chroma, but unfortunately, you can't see the carbon weaving clearly. While I like the black and rose gold combination, Elsan made the good point that I can just get the normal Chroma 2.

This is the carbon buckle that will appear on the Ventus Black Kite. I can't wait to get mine!

This is the one that I chose in the end, the Bronze Chroma! My very first bronze watch. Elsan gave me a good price for it. Can't wait for the patina to develop.

Just showing the full lume. IMO, the hour markers are almost non existent while the hands are average. Better than nothing!
