They grow their own quartz crystal. No maintenance needed for 50 years other than battery change. Thermal compensated quartz. Fully in-house.

the statement grow their own crystal can we assume its for all seiko watches? even in our cheaper seiko? or just 9F or GS/Credor quartz?

Swatch may do that too, I don't know since they are huge.

i think i lost my warranty card after i left the service centre but another part of me thinking that they kept it
