1) I need something with really good battery life. Currently my iPhone 4S serving me well but then the battery life sucks big time. I mean I look forward to a phone that can last me a whole full day , with usage like internet for web browsing and whatsapp only. iPhone 4S died on me 3/4 day.

2) comparing between note 2 or mi 3 since I'm definitely not looking at brand new. Will be getting a used one . Market price for both seems to be 300 ish . Hence tough choice. Anyone able to help in this case?

3) what's the odd that xiaomi mi3 resale value will be higher when time comes to upgrade? Hmmm and what's the second hand price for both right now, more or less?

HI Richey, my mi3 can last me one full day with the previous night's charge with loads of whatsapp and emails. previously the iPhone 4S was crap. But OS-wise, one might take some time to getting used to. Personally, i'll still go back to apple the moment the battery longevity has been sorted out.

if you're like me holding out for the next iphone, why not just buy and thrash it around for the time being? you can use it as a spare phone in future anyway

haha i also just bought a mi3 from redwhitemobile since few pages ago some bros say there got stock. the experience is much better than my other chinese phones. totally worth paying abit more.

free ram is about 900-1.1gb
