make sure to vol up maxed when on call if you haven't or maybe its just a network issue...

It was actually in full vol, that i'm sure. Sounds like I'm the only one?

Also wondering if anyone has the same issue i have with whatsapp:

currently if you long press the back button it executes the closure of the current app you're on - seems like if you do that to whatsapp, messages that are sent to you won't get pushed. On the contrary, if you kill the app by going into the list of apps running then closing it (long press settings button on the left, then close from there) the messages will be sent through, Is it just me?

Previously bought a Redmi to reservice with the paper. The guy just check the IMEI and didnt bother with the papers. Nonetheless still safer to bring alone the papers.

Service attitude is relatively good. Service speed is excellent! Really fast! Unlike other service centres, take ages for simple problem just to be diagnosed, not even considering the time needed to repair/solve.

not sure about UPS, you can try calling their hotline
my xiaomi order was sent by fedex, they delivered it 4 days b4 the estimated date

i asked cause i received my PB on the same saturday flight but not the phone... UPS CSO told me got many "containers" and they only manage to clear some on saturday. told me .. xiaomi tonnes tonnes of parcels to deliver.. still no excuses.... fed is way much better. Out of total 4 times order from xiaomi only first time order the piston is by fed... damned fast.

anybody experience their keyboards seems kinda laggy or non-sensitive?

I experience this as well from my mi3. The keyboard sometimes doesnt register certain touches even though the visual pointer i Put clearly shows that the touchscreen did. It gets really frustrating
