I believe the comment was in reference to Prof Tommy Koh?
Like it or not, he is a prominent public figure, and this kind of name calling is fair game.
Do you think Tommy Koh will be offended or cares? He will just shrug it off as just another comment on a Tuesday.
And who is anyone to feel offended on Tommy Koh's behalf? Unless he himself has indicated that he is hurt and presses the report button himself, I don't see why that needs any infracting. If it is such an eyesore to you then just delete the post.

If you do a search with the search term "******", you can see it used on many public figures like pinky or even on members here itself. Did every single one of these posts get infracted?

For the first post, the "knn ** sai" looks to be an expression of outrage.
You mean we cannot express our disappointment and outrage at a situation in a forum?
If the words are indeed inappropriate, then why not use word filters? Is everyone who uses these terms penalized?

Then if the context is the problem, maybe can explain in what context can the terms "knn ** sai" be used? That will help bring clarity.

Or is there going to be a new reason pulled to justify the infractions? It's like throwing mud on the wall and hoping something sticks.
