things to bring during BMT(PTP)

Does anyone have a more recent/relevant list of things to bring?

in my letter, under the list of things, stuff like water bottle or ziploc bags will be given to me. Do i still need to bring?

P.S whats black tapes for?

now bmt got give ziploc bags so need bring.

water bottle also no need cos now bmt issue you two water bottles, one cv water bottle and one green army water bottle.

black tapes (black insulating tapes) are just used to tape things lor...

why need tape things?

oh ya, swimming goggles. how often will i be swimming? is the water clean? cos i can swim without goggles, but im afraid that the water we be swimming is dirty/muddy. den i will have to buy one =.=

so i dun really need to bring extra clothes. do i? if not i will be bringing in 3 singlets and 1 or 2 shorts for sleeping or etc

Black Tape got use de, can seal your combat rations etc lor.

For PTP, even know how to swim also got swimming session as PT.

So, you will be swimming quite often during PTP phase. Once BMT start, maybe once or twice only.

depends on your coy. For enhanced batch during swimming lesson for those who pass they can koon in the bunk. I can't remember how long but not very long la. Something like 5+pm then by 7+ everyone have to fall in for dinner already. Generally almost everyone will pass.. usually only those "super diver" then have to attend the lesson.

You dont have to bring in your own tapes.. BMTC will include a roll for you. If you run out, you could purchase it in emart..

It will be issued to you. But no harm getting more, quantity up to you, in case you run out and wasn't allowed the time to go to EMART to get.

Better be safe than sorry and under the false impression that you will definitely be brought to EMART to get it.
