depends on which laptop u getting and if its only intel igpu maybe still can but u could hardly feel any smoothness in it. but i think a lowest setting might make the game works slightly okay. (but if u are using a U series den probably its hard to play)

Yea managed to find the perks code already... It's rly cheap there 30% off. Managed to get better specs with cheaper price. Will the international warranty be covered in sg?... Worried about their 1 Yr warranty

But I think still must send back to their base center in U.S.


SG will not accept it here.


The insurance only covers if it happens outside of U.S., but all service requests are tied to their country of purchase.

I doubt it work that way for thinkpad international warranty.
So long the same model is being sold in US and Sin, the international warranty is in effect.

Ya that's what the US Lenovo sales guy told me too.. But I saw countless reports talking about how Lenovo likes to pull stunt on the warranty issue.... Sibei sian..

Well, you could risk the 3 yrs warranty ? It's a thinkpad anyway, a year or so, spares will be plenty on ebay? Either way, I can't be bothered about warranty till **** hits my X1 from US

How's your 3 yr intl warranty? Does sg lenovo honour it?

Machine barely less than few months. No issues for now. I kept a copy of sales memo, yet to claim any warranty for now.

DHL didn't give me a breakdown of cost, only the final amt.

All the best. No issues on my side except it takes a long time for the laptop to be delivered from lenovo factory in China to us.

You customised too much, it might take longer than usual, took me a month to get my x1
