hmmmm

was reading up on this shampoo Nioxin, not sure if its been mentioned before but been using for 3 days already and i see positive results.

Ok my hair was like this when i used silkpro shampoo for oily scalp(purple)

then it made my scalp patchy red and full of dandruff and itchy too

Note: the middle parting is not balding, is just that i pulled the hair apart to see the dandruff, thats all

my not so thick hair is heditary from my mom

depends on what system you wanna get.

System 1 - Venus(currently saw it there only)
System 2 - De Elementz @ tpy, Swanston @ People's park complex lvl 2, "authorized seller" found in nioxin's website

small 250ml - ~$30
big 1L (venus $66.70, other places $70-$77)

for me personally,

when i started using the shampoo, i thought it was drying as the shampoo was not "lathery" and was not used to it.

Now i use, after one day, my hair is less oily and is softer too but only the downside is i can see a couple stands of hair "jumping" out of my head. Maybe because i never put their conditioner.

the portion that i could see the scalp under strong light, now appears smaller

Put egg in Vinegar can help with hair growth...?
You might as well drink Vinegar Water...

More likely it's Placebo Effect...

Don't feel that bad...
You are already 36...
I am only 24 and I have a big nasty balding hole in the middle...
There is no cure for it...
Propecia and Regaine can only slow it down...
Eventually, it's just about having to accept it...

Where to buy proscar ah??

Any clinic will do?? like those healthway or family clinic?

In Sinkapoor you need Doctor's prescription to buy Propeca or Proscar...
You can buy it in your GP Clinic or Guardian Pharmacy Outlets...
Cost around S$140 per box

Or you can go to JB and buy it without PRESCRIPTION...
Cheaper too... Around S$80+ per box

bro, u can take fin now, as that might be the first best solution.. perhaps u can buy hair concealer to cover the balding area.

Even though fin might not be able to cure hairloss, but at the very least, it will delay the rate of hair dropping while waiting for the new hair process to be ready.

The last time i read is, hair multiplication is almost confirmed by sep of this year. that will be the last check on the effectiveness of the process. This treatment might be made available in year 2009 or 2010.

Don't be despair, stress might lead to increased hair loss too.
