just sharing, i also had pretty bad experience with yun nam. i signed up for a trial, ended up with hardsell from them, when i refused to buy package from them, they just did a very quick (sloppy) session for my trial..

also i noticed that during the initial assessment, when "checking my scalp and hair condition", i was quite sure that the therapist smeared something on my scalp, so where she showed me my scalp condition using the scope, we saw lots of whitish oily substance on my hair and scalp. she then claim that they are “螨虫”, pest/worms living on my scalp, causing the hair loss. then after my short trial treatment, she showed me the same area and the whitish substance was gone "proving" that their treatment was effective.

anyone else heard of worms growing/feeding on scalp causing hair loss?:eek::eek::s13:
HAHAHA they damn bad lah. My mum go buy the trial for me also then i told her useless one but i still went to hear them talk cock sing song and play with my insecurities. End up i ask them if need to use their product for life they say yes. Then i introduce them to finasteride and minoxidil after talking for damn long to see their annoyed face HAHAHA

went there long time ago, during the so called consultation, I also told the lady consultant about finasteride and she knew about the medicine as she told me can cause ED, better not to take. :s22:

Personally, I use castor oil to style my hair! It helps with hair growth as well, but not too much because it's quite hard to wish off.

Post hair transplant in Singapore

For those who went for hair transplant...what happen when the transplanted hair fall off? Can it grow back again?

Yes - the transplanted hair can grow back, since the whole hair follicle is transplanted onto your scalp.

In fact, after the first few weeks, your transplanted hair WILL drop out. This is normal.

But you must maintain one la, like take finasteride medical, use minoxidil shampoo. Otherwise, there is a chance that what caused your hair loss in the first place will cause your transplanted hair to keep falling out as well.

Regenera Activa

Hello, has anyone tried the Regenera Activa hair treatment. Would like to know what's your outcome of it. And which clinic would you recommend to for the Regenera Activa treatment?

$3k per session. Wow!

That is the reason for Low take up rate. :(
And is an invasive small surgery behind ur head.
Women can hide it with Long hair.
Men cut short will see a small bald mark.

YouTube have videos on it.

:(

I wouldn't recommend wasting money to fix this problem.

Unless you really got too much money.

Stick to finesteride 5mg pills, cut them yourself, if wanna power up then add in biotin pills, and after a year or so if you like then throw in some minox.

Anyone has any good dermatologist to recommend? Or should we go to national skin centre directly?

I went to NSC for some other issue besides my hair. But it did improve and resolve with the medication. They were also very thorough with the tests. It’s just the waiting time can be a bit long due to the government hospital system.

Did your condition improves after that?

Any Recommendations for Dermatologists

Hi Guys, I'm in my mid 20s and suffering from hairloss and thinning. I managed to get an appointment to NSC but it's more than 2 months. I tried requesting for earlier appointment but no luck. My hair is falling drastically and I don't think I can wait for 2 months. I'm thinking of going to see a private dermatologists but upon checking online, there are tons of dermatologists. Any suggestions on which is the best dermatologists to go to regarding hairloss? Appreciate your kind suggestions.
