Hello, do you guys think Rolex price will dip even more, and maybe eventually crash?
i want to buy a gmt Rolex but I scare the price will crash after I purchase.

I also waiting for someone to tell me Rolex price will crash. I am saving to buy all the Rolex watches that I like when and if it does crash.

I no Shi Fu. In fact I am a noob in Rolex watches. Been wanting to buy Rolex watches since 30 yrs ago but just could not spare the cash for just a watch. Just last year out of coincidence I bought my first GMT master 2 from a friend who wants to sell his and hence started my Rolex journey. Just within a few months, the price I pay for my GMT 2 can only buy a 20 yrs old Explorer 2. This is how fast the price is rising. Now just drop a bit due to prices is too high therefore not so in demand I guess. Will it Crash? I really dunno. If you can wait and not in a hurry than just wait lor.

I would suspect if and when rolex prices crash, there will v likely be much more impt things to spend on in tat situation.. to have brought about a rolex price crash..

Won’t crash but dip then those who kpkb about starting a journey wif various ADs and buying unwanted stuffs will feel sore most..nao ish teh time to let those flippers getch stuck and reduce their margin

I know what you mean. It will be the day when luxury watches does not matter anymore and survivor is all it matters.

More & more individual sellers/grey are dropping their prices. Pepsi is going at 37k for the julibee now :O Are the prices going back to normal? Can i finally get a sports model at AD?

Prices on the secondary market are definitely showing a drop, but there's still a strong demand for watches which may soothe it. i think will be hard to drop till the point of few years ago whereby ADs are offering discounts on them. Unless demand drops(not likely), those ADs will still continue to make consumers ( serious collectors) play their game. It will be good to teach these snobbish ADs a lesson.

if there is a 2008 or 2001 correction then impact will be greater mostly on pre own. New looks like little discount
