So the Chinatown AD is moving to another location it seems 😂 So the rumors that Rolex didn’t want them to continue operating in an old run down mall is real

Haha no, got a friend with them and was told they have already selected a new venue and will announce in due course. The new venue will house both Rolex and Tudor together in the same premise. I have never started with them anything. Only visit them once and the experience wasn’t good. I much rather continue with my current AD. Haha

Wah...first time I heard people get blacklisted for selling bundle watches. That’s ridiculous. Normally if blacklist for selling the allocated sports models still quite common.
They expect the buyers to bring them into their coffin when they die😂😂😂

Yesterday passed by and saw many in the tudor show room. I wonder how many of those people are buying in hope to get a rolex allocation. In the rolex boutique is quite empty though, with a couple looking to buy a new watch (cant see what it is as i was only walking outside)….

Hour Glass Sales Associate or Associate Specialist higher rank? And should I buy all my watches from 1 SA if I wanna get allocated for Rolex? Cuz I just bought a Cartier from Knightsbridge and my mum wants to buy a JLC but only available at Vivo.

You should only journey with the same SA to get allocation for Rolex. I believe your SA at Knightsbridge should be able to bring in the JLC from another THG outlet. At least that’s what my SA was able to do but she also make it clear that there is some brands which she is not allowed to bring in for the client from another THG outlet (eg Tudor, Omega and AP). You can ask your SA at Knightsbridge if he or she can bring in JLC from another THG boutique for you. If I not wrong, quite high chance he or she can do that

Thanks for the reply. Weird ah how come they can’t bring in Omega. I have 2 Omega pieces on my list that I aim to purchase in the future.

If I’m not mistaken, they take referral customers more seriously. When i visited as a random customer, I was looking around and the sales person behaved like I was transparent.
Those praise them to the sky one are mostly referrals who gotten an allocation and praising them through long essays on social media to attract attention from the senior sales person and the boss so as to have a higher chance of getting another allocation in near future

Not sure, her reply to me is that they have certain prior agreements with other boutiques for certain brands (something like those brands can be sold only to customers of that particular boutique). Do check with your knightsbridge SA. Who knows they may have a different agreement.

Ya I was surprised when my SA (or AS cuz his title is Associate Specialist lol) told me WOS purchase history follows you to THG. My family stupidly bought 3 watches from Sincere and the history doesn’t carry to Cortina. Glad to have started my relationship with THG hopefully my SA help me submit for the YM I want.

WOS is under THG for the longest time. Purchase history at WOS do follow to THG. I had bought two Tudors BB from WOS in the past. It is not taken into account in my allocation for Rolex with my current THG SA. However, the purchase history follows under my profile which means when my name is submitted by my SA for allocation approval to THG Exco, the bosses can see it and it might help that little bit in the approval process.
You are asking your SA for submission of YM allocation by using Cartier and the JLC as the bundle criteria?

SA didn’t say I should buy those to bundle ah. Just that I bought/buying Carter/JLC so thought using this purchase history maybe can higher chance get allocated.
