Above my budget so can just hold the purchase and save up abit more loh

Nowadays quite hard to qualify for migration criteria to Australia (unless the less developed cities such as Perth) especially after a certain age unless bringing like over a million dollars to invest there. I have thought about it for the longest time but proscratinate for too long and then getting tougher to do it by now. So I just got a ppty in SG 3 years plus ago and move in this year. I was a student in Australia doing my degree in the past and would have been easier to get PR if I had stayed to look for a job there after graduation. But I missed home too much and wanted to come back.

In my opinion, it is on the higher side. In the grey market:

1. New version 116500 year 2019 no card asking at $31.8k
2. Year 2011 116520 fullset asking $28.9k

If not in a hurry, can wait for it to drop some more..

I think if u only want one watch, than go grey is alot more efficient with regards to time and money spent

Morgan Stanley says prices will continue to fall in Q4 so I'll be holding off until Dec at least.
