Richard Mille is really for the rich man. It screams “I have loads of money” for the person who wears it. I have no money but even if I have, I won’t buy it. It is so ugly.

Does anyone knows if my SA is leading me or just pretend don’t know. I asked how to start the journey because I want to get the GMT Master at the end of the day. I don’t mind starting with the Datejust. The SA then recommended me SS Datejust 41 but it seems like 36 suits me more so I indicate 36 instead. But never really say it’s “bundle” … just indicate on interest lists. Does this mean no hope? Or might as well go grey … Also, getting any JLC, IWC, Chopard or Cartier count towards profile building?

If you haven’t bought anything from the dealer, it might take a long time for a ss datejust. They’re quite popular in singapore

Rolex DJ do count in the profile building for Rolex sports. Anyway the AD received directive from Rolex that part of the profile building journey for Sports model has to include at least a Rolex classic model purchase in between. You can start with a Hublot, Cartier, JLC but after that in between the customer has to get a DJ. You cannot buy only non rolex brands for the entire profile building journey. That was what I was told

say KHH is the worst. Was ask to buy a DJ, he bought, then he was given a TT SD43, he bought it too.
Then afterwhich he was ask to take a 10pt diamond DJ that cost about 23k, but he didn't like it and he knows the market for these are about 5-6k loss if he were to flip it.
He politely decline the watch and know what the SA say? if you don't buy this model, we won't offer you any other watches anymore

Wah that’s really sad man. I mean they should not do it this way. If they are so concern that the not so popular Rolex models are “forced” (indirectly) to a certain customer, might as well sell to those who really want to own one and don’t mind the configuration rather than doing this way. Like that at least more people will get to enjoy the watch.

Wah they still give people the impression they are a damn popular AD in Singapore. They just had this KHH watch club event over the weekend and lots of regulars was invited to grace the occasion.
Let me venture a guess. Your uncle didn’t write long essays praising them to the skies after he got the DJ from them? Haha

I don’t have good impressions of them as well, visited them a few times but no watches to sell and SA not interested in walk-in customers and can feel not genuine. Hopefully new shop can improve their customer service..

I feel they are only good to customers whom are part of the “inner circle”. if It’s new customers, they only entertain those referred by customers from the “inner circle”.
