The funny thing is after I bought the watch I go their Carousell account and saw the same thing -.-
I’m like wtf
Nvm lah bro. Buy Liao enjoy don’t check Liao. Buy from grey price will always have movements day to day. In the grand scheme of things, $200 or even $1000 won’t make a difference. Could also be the other watch dated start of April? No need to over analyse.

Correct. I know of someone who bought the Daytona Panda at $70k when it is at the peak. But bought liao is like just enjoy the watch lo. No point thinking ”what if I waited a better time to buy it”.

much as I agree it's just $200, the main point is not about whether it's $200 or $2000.

it's like imagine you walk into Performance Motors and order a 5 series for 300k. you walk out and the next person walks in 5 minutes later and is told the same car is going at 280k. buay swee lah.

I don’t think that’s a good analogy. This would be the equivalent of buying from sgcarmart. Buying from PML would be like from the AD. And even with PML, two people can end up with identical cars at slightly different price points/freebies.

i get you, trade-in/s and your own negotiations with the sales person may differ. but fact is that the listed price on the PML brochure doesn't change leh, 300k will be 300k. 5 minutes later the listed price on the brochure not going to become 280k.

sometimes, as much as price protection isn't a law here, it's always good to protect the interest of your clients. you don't want your clients to feel like crap after supporting you.
today i buy pay X amount
for the similar item, tomorrow you listed it for less, as a client sure buay song.

so the smarter way for a long standing relationship, hoping your client to come back, list it at the same price you sold to previously, however amount you wanna sell to the next client, nobody knows. you can discount 1k for the next sale, the first client also won't know.

i guess all these dealers are quite kum ran. client see you like that list, where got wanna come back.
don't say simi early april or late april set, april means april.

Kinda true also. I’m planning to get my second Rolex and I don’t think I’m planning to go back to them not because of the price thingy but more of the vibes inside the shop . Initially I stepped into the shop I feel the vibe like v weird , wanted to change my mind bout buying from them but then I realise I paid $1k deposit and non refundable so bobian
