I think quite worth leh. Quite hard to find. Either that or need to queue or buy datejust to jump the line.

It is an interest list not a waitlist. You may never get it coz it is always reserved for their customers first. If no customer wants then they will call you. This is unlikely for Rolex SS models.

Saw a SS deepsea black 44mm at AD but almost $17K. Next time I went already sold. At this price worth it meh? Half gold and full gold can get quite easily. Need to find SS ones.

It's a nice piece for sure but interesting that it's equally popular in the Asian mkt as it is in the West. Huge watch that really looks out of place on slimmer wrists.

Don't waste time on umbrella , Cap and golf tee.

Ask for a bigger watch box or the winder (if available). Usually, I just mentioned, my wife wants to keep her jewelry together (this usually unlocked the bigger box) - =:p

Sorry this question again: where’s a good place to authenticate? Top hour? How much do they charge? Anywhere else?

I will suggest RSC, for $107 at least you got some "paper" to prove that the watch is gen. (No movement swap nonsense or worn parts)

Half the price can go to Top hour, otherwise alot of shop at Far East Plaza can do that as well.

Hi all, would like to hear some opinions regarding the oysterflex (OF) models, am looking to get a daytona in OF from grey dealers, just wondering:

1) Would sizing be an issue? (Understand that OF straps come in various sizes, but how would grey dealers/personal sellers address sizing)

2) Would it be harder to resell given that it is constrained to that wrist size?

Looking forward to hear inputs, thank you! :)

Sorry my bad, its called rejecting service quotation. I went to RSC 2-3 weeks back? Waiting time long and best to make appointment before heading down. :o

Do forgive me, I noob here... new to Rolex.

Will RSC provide a service quotation if the warranty card has a date in the current month? i.e. requesting service for 3 week old watch?
What will be a good reason to provide for the “servicing request“ of a new watch? Thanks!

Yes can be an issue, and Oysterflex straps are very expensive if purchased original.

Little bird tells me that there a Rolex Sub Date @ Cash convertor Jurong east outlet for around $11k.

Too bad I stay in the east, no time to head down to check it out.

if size dont fit, have to buy from RSC, $380 per side iirc.
u only need to change 1 side
Rolex don't care, AD also don't care.

no, won't be hard to sell.

Hi all,

A fellow newbie here. Was wondering how can someone who is new to luxury watches can purchase a Rolex in SG.

I have informed ADs of my interest in models like the Sub, Explorer etc but till date still no reply, could someone shed light on the average waitlist time for popular and not so popular models?

Do I have to purchase something from them to clock up "mileage" or do most purchase from other watch shops (not ADs)?

Thanks all.

Been waiting since 2016.

If you had hooy grey market back in 2016 you’ll be smiling
The more you wait the more miserable you get. Pay the market premium and be done with it. Prices will never stabilised haha
I learnt that 20 years ago regarding rolex sport models
