Even that’s quite unusual. Maybe the style of the SA is really different. For the SA to be able to say that he/she can offer a Batman to the customer, normally he would be quite sure it’s the watch that the client wants and almost going ahead to submit ie meaning already discussed with the client previously its the next watch that the client wants an allocation for. Or else it really is quite a waste of time to check and then all of a sudden the client doesn’t want the watch. Have a feeling this SA is either inexperienced or maybe desperate to clock some sales. Or the client keep changing mind.

Sorry, a bit of scepticism here cos also been hearing clients that are rather fickle minded too.
It’s not a DJ watch or a Daydate to clock mileage where SA usually have to check with the customer whether he want it because of the numerous configuration available. Sports allocation really need to be sure and discussed beforehand whether the client wants it before offering it.
Sometimes I take what’s discussed on cyberspace with a pinch of salt as people can really share amazing things such as sports models being their first purchase with AD etc.

And hor, one more thing, “SA says can submit to manager for allocation”. I don’t think the manager can decide on a Batman allocation. Unless it’s the likes of Explorer 1, sports like Batman allocation all need to go exco for allocation approval. Even boutique manager has to do so. Don’t say Batman, even Black Sub Date need go exco for allocation approval
