A Lange I feel the case back is just stunning, especially its hand engrave balance wheel, whereas the Patek, no matter how amazing seems very ordinary......but for the dial i feel the 3 window dial of the Patek 5205 looks really unique, and also the annual calendar is a Patek invention..... I think need to ponder further to see which on i like more

Make the dollar and cents well spent onto something which you like..

but bro, when you wear the watch, the back case is unseen by others leh.. 😂😂

lol. my opinion.
i prefer lange finishing over patek for their complication
lange - more modern
patek - traditional (they always hide their column wheel)

Although the back case not seen by others when you wear it, but you can still admire it when you take it down at home. Having a transparent back case is still better than not having one. That’s why maybe now Rolex also decide to have a see through case back finally on its Platona.

Personally a display caseback appeals to me but no time to enjoy the back and even when can also dunno how to fully appreciate yet. That’s why nowadays for watches that can choose btw a display and a closed caseback, I might consider the latter if cheaper and thinner

My assumption was that it’s gonna be undesirable sports models lah, not that you are running a scam. But just post here lah. People in the chat are also people who keep tabs on this thread. the case back for all these watches are just stunning, I do like looking at some of my watches case back ....... but naturally the dial is what is seen most of the time
