Can you explain why the 124060 will fall to 13-14k by next year? Is it due to the new release craze that is hiking the price so much right now?

I keep my watches except G-shocks. Still rocking the Aque racer I bought with my first 3 pays saved.

My thoughts are that just go for it, if you really like a Sub. No matter what watch you buy, you will keep on thinking and going back to the Sub if u really like it. I feel that the ND premium is not that bad. Wear it for 5 years and it should cover back

Well, not everyone like SS... especially women.
It’s just too big for most Asian wrist IMHO.
Anyway, it’s for keeps and hand down to my daughters...
I have a Sub and GMT, which I plan to hand it to my son when he starts work.
Kind of like a legacy for him... this is from yr old man, so when he looks at it, reminds him of his old man....
Hope he don’t go and sell it off

Cannot predict ler...
It might go even higher coz the supply is low.
I read it takes a year to make a Rolex... so just imagine the amount of time taken and the amount of labour.
Also, think the craftsmanship is a dying trade... how many people can sit there whole day to assemble a watch?
So as yrs pass, the labour is dwindling, the cost increase, the demand increases, that’s lead to shortages in the market, hence price will be high.
The way I see it... just my 2 cents.
Or it could go lower, no one buys and no one interested due to global pandemic and financial crisis....
Who knows....

simple concept.
new stuff got hype. lesser stock now.
when rolex goes on full production mode next year, if things turn better of course. more stock, price will return back to normal.

sub ND highest ever went for 114060 before its discon was mid 13k.

i don't see sub ND going over 14-15k anytime soon.

but of course, you want it now, can afford go for it. life is short, why wait? later u wait, eh 13k, maybe will drop 12k, wait again.

wait till no end, then the feel of buying is no longer there.

it's a professional job that take years to master and after you're done with rolex, you could open your own shop doing servicing.

You have to look further than that when they weren’t selling at premium and even further to when prices actually fell.
Wars, financial crisis, SARS and covid didn’t affect their prices so dun expect it will happen anytime soon
It’s just wishful thinking

during **, worst time of covid, all was trading at all time low too.
