More likely GMT. There seems a glide lock at background which suggested a Sub but the lugs resembles the GMT more. Rolex can also put a glide lock on the GMT

On the other hand, the RG jubilee appears to be on a sky dweller and the guilloche dial seems to be on a model with 3 in the dial(explorer 1/air king/1908)?
