ya... that why can see he say seldom wear... cos explorer is polish bezel... u jus wear cloth only hit the button also scratch hahaha... great watch... love them... hope i can keep them as long as possible...

by the jus before 2 year warranty over... send back to rolex check.. change seal etc etc plus full spa (polishing) lor... come back like brand new... i rather spend 180 at rolex polish than 60 buck at other watch shop... at least inside better QC...

think its nice watch to keep also... imagine few more week price of new go to 6.2k hehehe after few year sell also wont lose money hahaha think will even earn some hahaha

think mine will be with me for life so i will try to avoid the polishing...because will affect the thickness/shape…
2yrs serving liao...???
most people said 5yrs then send, some even don’t bother wait until got problem then send...there also 10+yrs Rolex never send for serving still working without problem so really depend loh...

me maybe about 10yr then i will polish the watch ba but still depend on the condition loh...
that why i thinking 1 is enough for me liao...2nd rolex..why not saves the $$$ for the 1st pic to overhaul, change casing, bracelet...

1 year too fast laio la... hahaha

actually 2 year is quite normal... cos the rubber seal in our climate will harden faster...

the 5 year is actually in ang mo country... singapore so hot... our sweat so many...

its good also let them clean up the inside... oil them etc etc make sure watch live long long hahaha... polishing if only light scratch will not remove much material... only a few micron... its only got nick and dent that is headache.

me belong to the " i love my watch in solid condition " so i will polish during the 2nd year if condition really very poor laio

they made tough watches lah...
how often we hear people complain their Rolex kana water…???

if you go for diving ok lah...normal daily wear...i dont think so...

polish too many times...later the watch become smaller amd smaller...
some said max is 3X...too much or bad skill also affect it quite bad...

For winding of the watch is to unscrew the crown and jus wind right? Dun have to pull it out unless you wanna change the timing or date right. I am talking about winding the watch when the time "stopped" due to inactivity.

Not so sure also. Read that should wind clockwise and also some recommend after several rounds of winding clockwise, we should wind anti clockwise to lubricate the mechanism too.
