Convert one of your room to a class 100 cleanroom, complete with humidity controllers and hepa filters. That should keep the dust and rust away. I worked in a clean room environment and my work PC that is turned on 24/7 has no dust or rust after using it for 3 years.

No need la. Build a cabinet that has hepa filter in it can liao. Clean cabinet not need entire room.

Use pc in ac environment, lesser dust
But still good to do some maintenance like ac systems periodically for it to breath easy

I feel this is not true. AC environment don't equate to lesser dust. Dust is a generally human dead skin, so unless you don't stay in the room and keep the room door closed, you will bound to have dust.
