Thanks the IMS access point worked for VOLTE. But now I have another problem where the TPG sim card I have becomes deactivated when I tried to assign it for Dial and my second sim card Circles for Internet. Do you have the same problem?

Redmi Note 5A supports only 4G on SIM 1 and 3G on SIM 2. So if you put the TPG as SIM 2, it will not work since TPG doesn't fall back on 3G which it does not have the network for it, hence no signal. Only way to get it to work is putting your TPG on SIM 1 and assigning it Internet instead and your Circles SIM to fallback as dial since it will be on 3G

No issue on my side as I assign the TPG (4G SIM 1) for Internet and SingTel prepaid (3G SIM 2) for dial.

I have the exact same model and miui. Yes I put TPG in SIM 1 and the other card as SIM 2 and it works for TPG call, sms, internet. You set the APN and *#*#86583#*#* code already?

My pocophone f1 can data and call with new tpg sim.
But my honor 8x can only data, no call, no volte. Anyone can advice. The codes don't work on Huawei phone

My Huawei P20 Pro just updated (OTA) to firmware 9.0.0.197. After this, the TPG sim card in slot #2 suddenly supported VoLTE. I was able to successfully place a phone call using this.

But the network cannot be set, I set singtel 4G/3G/LTE, then TPG become 2G

There's only a few choice in the phone:

Should be your phone limitation. Even for my Note 8 only 1 card can be on 4G at a time, the other will be 3G

I tried my TPG SIM card on my iPad Pro, data was fine, but can’t receive or send SMS (except for iMessage, which technically doesn’t count since it’s using data).

However, once I took out the SIM card and put it into an iPhone, I can start receiving and sending SMS.

If you are using a samsung phone. Go dialpad press *#0011#. Can see the band you are connected to.

Thanks for this! My S5 can now connect to the network after I select the LTE B8 specifically. But I cannot receive SMS or make calls. Hence WhatsApp cannot use. How ah?
