I had same issue last month. Can't use as hotspot on both iPhone and Xiaomi. Can't use in laptop as well. Last week when tested again it works.

TPG Speedwise is weak when indoor.
Outdoor can get about 60Mbps at times for download.
Upload is much slower

Yep i did. I suspect the TPG card just changes to 3G even though that's checked?

Indoors, carparks (not underground) are terrible. Weak and can drop anytime.

Yup. Indoor it keep switching to my another Sim.
