I have few TPG SIM cards in use and get them on trial period.
One SIM is then subscribed to TGP $10 plan and the account now got charged 3 times total $30 (on Jul Charged $10, on 6-Aug, charged $10 two times) now it shows $20 Credit in account balance.
The other SIM cards have already requested to terminate the subscription but so far still can use.
Not sure what the TPG is doing.

I got similar problem as HoGnix.

The $50 plan which I signed up for my MIL received text message on 6 Aug that deduction from my credit card failed. Today, the line went dead. But I check my credit card statement online. 2 deductions of $10 were made on 7 Aug. I also read you can sign up for the $5 plan for seniors, but must be new line. Cannot port over this existing line.

Meanwhile, my free TPG cards still work beautifully. And I cannot find any customer service number to call???

I don't know what TPG is doing.

hi guys,

i just couldn't get my xiaomi note 4x to call without using the TPG 4G Voice App.

I have try all the steps given here..Still not working.

Are the phones listed in TPG website, the only ones that can work properly with out having to download the app? Think they didnt even bother to update the list.

well yes, since they tested those phone. well for your phone probably there are some band it doesn't support...so that's why u cant use.

Got 2x deduction then I empty the virtual CC now TPG block the line asking for more money.....

Account show $10 credit so they already have the money but still ask for more.

Credit is for over access usage (example u used more than 50gb and wanted to add on more data manually) and they will deduct from there if I remembered correctly. Monthly $10 is not deducted from Credit. I think u better check with them.

Try setting your country region to Malaysia.

Also remember to do the dial code that disables Xiaomi volte checking.

Lol then they charged CC for what? Someone even has $20 in credit. How to even tell what they’re charging CC for. They attempted to charge 3 consecutive days and I blocked after the 1st one.

If left alone TPG likely charge customer as much as they want and put it in “credit” that cannot even be use to offset bill.

The point of charging directly to CC is for bill and credit for over usage should be optional.

Your june bill how? charge or no charge.

Backlog bills???

There’s no indication what’s the charges even for. The money just appear as credit with no invoice / bill.

If it’s a bill / invoice it will appear on the portal but the additional charges just show as credit.

I think they backdated since free is until end may. I also got charged 3 times, I supposed it for June July and August. Let see when they will charge me again then I'll feedback here.

PS: August I was billed twice also

I don't even see the money show up in my tpg account when I login.

My "credit" for IDD whatever still remains zero - which is supposed to be and should not be auto credited cos that section is opt-in de.

But it doesn't shows me they rcv my money that they deduct my card twice, so I think may be fraud, using our cards pay some other ppl accounts.

I change to virtual cc for now and emailing both tpg and imda

If backdated then it’s cheaper to cancel now and re-sign new line. Why pay for the backdated ones. It’s their billing issue not customer problem.

TPG deducted from me once in July and twice in August. Total 3 x $10. Then they cut the line last week. Never reply to my email or Facebook messages. I mistakenly messaged TPG AU and they replied almost immediately.

But yesterday, the line suddenly activated again.

I think is correct since billing is advance. So by now should be 4x $10 deduction if including Sept. The invoice is for previous month, so far for mine only shown once in July which should be for June.

That one should be under account balance recharge. Credits likely because billing is in advance and have yet to revceive the invoice that's why the deductions ended in Credits. I've only gotten an invoice in July (for June usage) thus far, so another $20 ended up in Credits for upcoming July, Aug invoice.
