Does tpg has any number to call? I signed up for their $10 line but one of the line was deactivated, and 2 other lines cannot call using iphone. And the best is the line that I didn’t sign up for $10 plan was able to call using iphone. Emailed them but no response

My TPG sim card cannot play youtube video. Got sound but video is black screen. APN all set up correctly.

its a brand new card with 20GB. Can surf and download Spotify and also can install apps from playstore.
Anyone have this problem?

Am using it on my car android head unit. All functionalities work including voice calls except for youtube. Previously on ST Sim card, could watch youtube videos

Of course the main telcos will have superior coverage, keep TPG for your data heavy apps.

I read this recommendation on the prepaid thread.

Singtel Prepaid, if only used for the incoming OPT purpose, top up $10 can last for more than 1 year ($1.40 for 90 days extend validity).

So the Best Mobile plain combination is:
Main line on Singtel prepaid (1st SIM) to receive bank OTP even when aboard for the best signal coverage. use 2nd SIM to subscribe TPG $10 for 50 GB for data and calling usage.

Some tunnels and basement carparks have signal
TPG told me they will have better underground coverage within a year

Also, for tpg one IC can register for 4 seniors and 4 $10/50gb SIM
cards. Total 8 cards.
Of cos for senior SIMs, IC must be above 60yo

Prepaid as primary for voice and TPG for data. TPG coverage still poor especially MRT or basement area.

Until all are covered else even partially covered or not even partially covered now it makes no difference, it is still not usable as a main line.

I've never done that for native VoLTE calls on TPG.

If want to use TPG better equip yourself with a 4G compatible phone to Begin with.
Don't rely on the Voip calling app.
