Funny i only can manage to book single trip but unable to book return trip.. i guess maybe when i reach there then i book the return trip..

thanks.. i think is not the browser problem is the website problem though dont have problem booking single trip but only problem with return trip..

Book the return sector now as well. If not you may be caught out with a very late time to come back to Taipei. Doubt you want to hang around too long after checking out of your hotel/minsu.

hello, was trying to order the tickets from taipei - hualien 2 weeks before, but it wrote Ticket-taking due date: 2013/04/20 00:00?

meaning i have to take my tickets on 20th april?

You may collect your tickets no later than 30mins before your trip. Please do remember to keep the reference number to collect your tickets either thru the machine or the counter.

Better to get early. If u getting from anywhere to Hualien side, yes, MUST!

Failure is not an option, coz that side tix really is limited.

For foreigners, collection is at least 30mins before train departure..When i collected at Taoyuan TRA, all he requested was for my passport.

for both ticket collection for online booking or if your planning to buy tickets there, please be there at least 45 mins or 1 hour earlier.

There can be quite a long queue.
