Trade war and economy not strong I dun understand why people still pay high for a leasehold 99 condo.:o

Herd mentality, fear of missing out and the "boat". They think prices are guaranteed to go even higher and are jealous of those who made millions from flipping properties which were purchased more than a decade ago. "singapore land is limited", "population going to 6m", blah blah blah. How about the ageing population and the huge number of properties these elderly will let go in the next 20 years?

It is already heavily regulated by Lawrence Wong.:o no more meat and cannot be like last time already.:o

If want to earn fast and safe money can queue for some blue-chip equities tmr morning. Market is going to rebound tmr.

I will seriously consider if it’s not Kingsford or Kingsford related and I hope it has lesser units.:o

AS you said dji up 500 ytd and currently up another 100 today, so go long for tmr.

There are many cheap blue chip counters now and dividend season is coming soon.

SPeaking of Kingsford, heard one of Kingsford Waterbay's swimming pool is shut for a month for maintenance. ALso, 1165 units sharing one 24 seater shuttle bus. :s13:

1 more ec at sengkang on confirmed list and another ec at tampines on reserve list.

Those who rush into sumang are going to regret big time.

There are still many aspiring condo upgraders. :o

How to sell low when the bid price was way overpriced? :o

Was referring to the upcoming government land sale sites.

But developers have no choice but to book in losses if the market cannot support their asking prices.

How to sell out without selling lower?

Site is sold in August 2017, the clock is ticking fast. Trade war, slowing economic growth and chances of recession.. developer better act fast if they don't want to make losses.

Take a look at resales market and landed properties all still selling high. :o No one sell low. :o

I believe resales are still much cheaper than those new launches.

Landed and luxury properties are different story. Luxury properties 1 decade ago alr selling for over $3000psf and many are making losses.
