Don't follow herd mentality like stock market, see everybody rush then also follow ! If cannot get your desired unit, walk away from it. Best of luck to all who are balloting today.

With so many balloting and for the same units, there will be disappointed buyers for sure.

I am wondering how many are agents here trying to create waves? Tonight news will be more accurate. Even if a lot of people buy into this i wont't be surprised cos developer created a lot of news on eapp so sure got kan chiong spiders herd mentality chiong in one thinking if dont buy now later no more. Imagine so many EC in Sengkang Punggol when hit MOP start selling sure power one. Lol

Sim Lian shares is worth considering.

BTW, City Life EC in Tampines sold 90% in 1 - 2 days. But it was few years ago. Some might remember the much talked about $2.05m penthouse in City Life EC.

Sim Lian shares have performed well. From Mar 2016 to now, it has increased from $0.70 to $0.89, an increase of 27%. This is much better than the market benchmarks, whether STI or MSCI.

Time to consider buying this share.

I don't like to take risks one hence i prefer blue chips on my portfolio and with a dividend return of average 3-5% better than FD.
